Albert J. �"Bud Carroll, 82, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2007 at Greenwich Hospital. Born March 15, 1925 in Burlington, VT, he was the son of the late Maurice and Mary Connely Carroll.
�"Bud was a retired Police Officer of twenty eight years, in the Marine Division of the Greenwich Police Department. He was also a veteran of the US Navy having served in WWII.
He is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-nine years, Audrey M. Carroll of Greenwich; a daughter, Allison Olmstead and her husband Wayne of Greenwich; and a grandson, Taylor Olmstead also of Greenwich.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Christopher Carroll.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 20, 2007 at St. Marys RC Church, 178 Greenwich Avenue, Greenwich at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
