Angela Acosta Lopez

Angela Mercedes Lopez Acosta, 34, of Stamford passed away tragically on Saturday October 18, 2014. Angela was born in El Salvador on February 4, 1980 to Ricardo Mario and Leonor Valladares Lopez.
Angela was a housekeeping manager at the Delamar Hotel of Greenwich and was well respected by her colleagues. She was loving and caring to all she knew, a wonderful mother, wife, daughter and sister. She was truly selfless putting other people before herself.
Besides her parents, Angela is survived by her husband Rafael Acosta, her children Angie and Luis Lanza and her sisters; Maritza and Jazmin Cornejo.
Family and friends may call at Jehovah Shammah Church of the Nazarene, 1155 Newfield Avenue, Stamford, CT on Thursday October 23, 2014 from 4:00 to 7:00PM, with a service to be held at 7:00PM, with the Rev. Juan David Paniagua. A funeral procession will assemble at the church on Friday October 24, 2014 at 10:00AM and proceed to Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery, Oaklawn Avenue, Stamford for an internment service. The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory is handling the arrangements.
