Anna T. Coviello

Anna T. Coviello, 92, died peacefully of natural causes on Saturday, August 18, 2007. Born May 15, 1915 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Chiara Salvatore Nardozza.
Anna was a retired Manager of the Finance Department for State National Bank.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet V. Figliuolo of Cos Cob; two sons, Anthony Coviello of Fairfield; and Peter Coviello of Stamford; a brother, Thomas Nardozza of Stamford; and two sisters, Angie Ciardi of Stamford; and Rose Berlingo of Florida. Three grandchildren, John, Peter and Kelly Ann Coviello; and one great-grandchild, Gio Coviello also survives.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Anthony P. Coviello; and a sister, Carmela Lionetti.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Monday, August 20, 2007 from 4:00 8:00 PM. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home at 8:40 AM on Tuesday, August 21, 2007 and proceed to Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM with Reverend Richard Futie officiating. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery in Darien.
