Anna Marie Carlucci

Anna Marie Carlucci, a resident of Southport and a beloved wife, mother, sister and daughter, passed away at St. Vincent's Medical Center on the morning of Wednesday, December 17, 2025. She was born in Stamford, CT on December 29, 1963 and was a child born to the late John and Dorothy (Conti) Rotelli. Anna Marie was 61 at the time of her passing. Besides her parents, Anna Marie is predeceased by her loving husband of 34 years, Peter Carlucci.

Anna Marie graduated from West Hill High School in 1982. She will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother, who always brought goodness into the world and gave a helping hand to those in need. She lit up any room she was in with a radiant smile, vibrant laugh, grace, and loving demeanor. She was ever calm and serene in her Catholic faith. She was the glue of the family, hosted countless holidays, continued family traditions and ensured family was a core value. She took immense pride in everything she did, especially as a loving wife and nurturing mother. She always modeled exemplary characteristics such as patience, thoughtfulness, hard work ethic, inclusiveness, and reliability. She enjoyed helping others as demonstrated when working as a; Pre-School teacher, Assistant Manager and a legal administrative assistant. Most recently, she was employed by Willinger, Willinger & Bucci. She enjoyed spending time outdoors by the pool, gardening, cooking, baking, and taking weekend trips to the casino.

Anna Marie is survived by her loving sons, Anthony and his wife Antonia, Christopher Carlucci, her sister Connie Alaimo, her brothers: John Rotelli (Jennifer), Louis Rotelli (Allison) and Joseph Rotelli, brother-in-law Leo Alaimo and sister-in-law Carolyn Rotelli; her nieces, cousins, and many friends.

She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and most of all, her children.

A funeral procession will leave the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 9:45 AM and proceed to St. Anthony of Padua, 149 S Pine Creek Rd, Fairfield, CT for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery & Arboretum, Bronson Road, Fairfield. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, December 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
