Anni Blomqvist, 96, of Stamford passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Smith House Health Care Center. She was born in Finland on August 1, 1916. Anni was the wife of the late Esko Blomqvist. Funeral services and Interment were held privately. The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 handled the arrangements.
