Antonietta (Fallone) Casale, 89, of Stamford, CT, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2023, in Potomac, MD, with her loving son Ralph Casale by her side.
She was born in 1934, in the Rio Molle section of the Town of Gallinaro, Province of Frosinone, Italy. She was the daughter of the late Raffaele Fallone and Giuseppa (Lanno) Fallone. Mrs. Casale emigrated to the United States after the Second World War with her parents and sister. They settled in Manhattan and she attended public school in New York City. She lived and worked in New York City until moving to Stamford, CT, after marrying Antonio Casale.
After being a stay-at-home mother, she began her work career at Krautkramer-Branson (assembling parts for their technology ultrasonic instruments) then was employed by Pitney Bowes at their main plant (making parts for postage meters), followed by working part-time during her early retirement years at Food Emporium.
She is survived by her son Ralph Casale; her daughter Laura (Casale) Martin and her husband Terrence; her grandson Michael Martin and his wife Erica (Eng) Martin; her granddaughter Melissa (Martin) Kays and her husband Nick; her great granddaughters Marianna Kays and Lucy Martin; her brother-in-law Domenic Malizia; her sister-in-law Maria DiVito; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Antonio Casale; her sister Maria (Fallone) Malizia; her brothers-in-law Mario DiVito and Dionisio Broccoli; and her sister-in-law Giovanna (Casale) Broccoli.
Mrs. Casale was beloved, and devoted to her family. She is remembered for her beautiful, gentle, kind, and loving soul. Mrs. Casale came to the United States and worked hard and tirelessly to make a better life for herself and her family, while still cherishing her memories of Italy. She relished planting beautiful types of flowers in her yard, growing vegetables in her garden, and preparing wonderful meals for her family, especially her grandchildren. Her time with family was her most special and precious.
