Antonio Vozzella

Antonio Vozzella, 77 , a longtime resident of Stamford passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Friday, July 4, 2025. Antonio was born in San Mango sul Calore, Avellino, Italy, on January 20, 1948, son of the late Giuseppe and Carmela Vozzella.
Born in Italy, just shy of 18 yrs old. Tony was a loving, hardworking and respected man in the community. He was well known for his creativity, determination, his love for the outdoors, and great pride in his work.
He had a passion for gardening, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Antonio is survived by his loving children, Daughters; Carmela, Christina, and Toni Vozzella his son Joseph Vozzella all of Stamford. His sisters Concetta Milone of Stamford, Clara Lombardi (Mario) of Norwalk, and Enza Pirri (Franco) of Wilton, also surviving is his devoted longtime partner & significant other, Felicia Rosano, and her/his family Angela Butler (Brian) & Elizabeth Rosano. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Luke Donnelly, Emma Donnelly, John Vozzella, Vinnie, Jack and Nico Butler.
Besides his parents Antonio was predeceased by his beloved wife Barbara Jean Vozzella, a brother Michael Vozzella and his sister Yolanda Vozzella Bird.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance at Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT, on Tuesday July 8, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30AM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11:00AM at Church of the Holy Spirit, 403 Scofieldtown Road, Stamford, CT, Entombment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Greenwich, CT.
