Barbara Elaine Kunisch died suddenly March 11, 2026, at the age of 87. She was born in Norwalk, CT to I.W. (Henry) and Margaret Kunisch. She had one brother, Robert D. Kunisch who predeceased her. She is survived by her niece Alicia Del Guercio (Carmen) and her nephew Robert D. Kunisch Jr. (Michelle) and her sister-in-law, Alicia Kunisch. She is also survived by several cousins and their families.
She will be remembered by all who knew her for her thoughtfulness and her love of God.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 17 at 10:30AM at St. Bridget of Ireland Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford. Interment will follow Mass at Fairfield Memorial Park Cemetery ,230 Oaklawn Ave. Stamford.
