Bernard G. Siviglia, Sr., 90, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 at his home in Stamford. Born March 20, 1916 in Stamford, he was the son of the late Gennaro and Mary Candito Siviglio.
Bernard was a retired Precision Tool & Die Maker at Pitney Bowes for over forty years. He was Veteran of the US Army having served in WWII. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus of Shippan Avenue and an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Alicandro Siviglia of Stamford; a daughter, Bernadette Pavloski of Norwalk; two sons, Gennaro and Bernard Siviglia both of Stamford; and two granddaughters.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 from 9:00 10:00 AM. A funeral procession will then follow and proceed to Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM.
