Carmella Hickey

Carmella Hickey, 90, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at Courtland Gardens in Stamford. Born on February 26, 1916 in Greenwich, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Mildred Sella Sasone.
She was employed with Saks Fifth Avenue for forty-five years and was head of the cosmetics department. She was also a model for Loreal.
She is survived by three cousins, Donald Corbo of Stamford; Sandra Strutt of Stamford; and Alice DeRosa of Greenwich.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Daniel Hickey who was an Attorney in Stamford and a former State Senator.
