Carolyn S. Policastro

Carolyn S. Policastro, 57, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2007 at Stamford Hospital. Born November 11, 1949 in Stamford, she is the daughter of Frank P. Policastro, Jr. and the late Marie Colombo Policastro.
In addition to her father, she was survived by a sister, Marianne Correa and her husband Bob of Norwalk; and a brother, Frank P. Policastro, III and his wife Carol of Stamford. Several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins also survive.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 4, 2007 at St. Mary RC Church, 566 Elm Street, Stamford with Reverend Arthur Mollenhauer officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery on North Street in Greenwich. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions are made in Carolyns name to Laurel House, 1616 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT 06902. Arrangements are being handled by the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford. www.cognetta.com
