Dennis J. �"D.D. Esposito, 62, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Stamford Hospital. Born April 27, 1944 in Stamford, he was the son of the late Anthony J. and Jennie Alecci Esposito.
D.D. was currently employed at Camsan Electric. He was dedicated to his family and was married for forty-two years to his wife, Camille M. DeFillipis Esposito. He was a retired printer of forty-four years having worked at Lithocraft of New England, Lucas Press for twenty years, and was a manager at United Printing and Publications. Mr. Esposito was active in local sports and was a former coach in the Babe Ruth Baseball League.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Toni M. Esposito Kuhar and her husband, Mark Kuhar; and Melissa A. Esposito; two brothers, Edward and his wife, Marilyn Esposito; and Anthony and his wife, Mary Ann Esposito; four nieces, Andrea, Shanna, Angela, and Ashley; and several cousins.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a niece, Tara Lynn Esposito.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 from 4:00 8:00 PM. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Thursday, March 29, 2007 and proceed to Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery in Darien.
