Dennis Natale

Dennis Natale, 52, a lifelong resident of Stamford, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Born on December 24, 1957 in Stamford, he was the son of the late Angelo Natale and Elaine Gagliardo-Dellipoali, his stepfather, John Dellipoali and was also predeceased by his infant brother, Gerard Natale.
Dennis, a chef by trade, worked at various restaurants in the Stamford area, including Woodway Beach Club and La Fontanella Restaurant. He was a graduate of the Westhill High School, class of 1974. He was an avid fisherman, frequenting Long Island Sound and was also a black belt in Karate.
Dennis is survived by his brothers, Anthony Natale and his wife Linda of Norwalk, Alan Natale and his wife Dolores of Milford, and Barry Natale and his wife Neisha of Norwalk; four nieces, Nicole, Mindy-Anne, Jamie and Jennifer; one nephew, Jeffrey; and one great-nephew, Mason. He is also survived by his beloved pets, Chuckie and Sassy.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 5:00-8:00PM. Friends may arrive at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00AM for a Funeral Service to be held there at 11:30AM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Dennis’ name to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Road, Newington CT 06111 or a charity one’s choice.
