Dorothy Mckeen

Dorothy Eileen McKeen a lifelong Stamford resident died on September 5, 2023, of natural causes. Daughter of the late Mary Plepis McKeen.
Dorothy was a longtime parishioner of St. Maurice Parish and served as a Eucharistic Minister and member of the choir. She was employed by Associates Sports Medicine (OAS) of Stamford for over 9 years, Bernard Picture Co. in Springdale for over 15 years, and Stamford Superior Drug for 26 years.
She is survived by a Godson, William Velez of Trumbull, and Godson, Glen Ingram of North Carolina along with many loving friends.
There will be no calling hours. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 10:00AM at St. Maurice RC Church, 358 Glenbrook Rd., Stamford CT at 10:00AM, a procession will follow to St. John’s Cemetery, Darien, CT.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Dorothy to St. Maurice Church.
