Elena Napolitano

Elena Napolitano, 68 of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Born on November 1, 1941 in San Vincenzo La Costa, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Concetta Ciancio Giacinto. She was a resident of Stamford, Connecticut for 50 years before moving to Florida.
Elena is survived by her daughter, Patrizia Napolitano of Florida; her son, Frank Napolitano and his wife Antoniette of Stamford; grandchildren, Sabrina and Giuseppe Zoccali, Matthew, Gabriella, and Jordan Napolitano; and her three brothers, Francesco Giacinto of Stamford, Benito and Giulio Giacinto, both of Italy.
In addition to her parents, Elena was predeceased by her husband, Mario Napolitano, in 2004.
A Funeral Procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 at 8:50AM on Saturday, July 3, 2010 for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:30AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s RC Cemetery Mausoleum, Greenwich, CT. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, July 2, 2010 from 4:00-8:00PM
