Elsie Willinger
August 3, 1939 — January 15, 2022
A resident of Stamford, CT for more than 20 years, Elsie F. Willinger (nee Fischer) passed away with her family and close friends by her side on January 15, 2022. She fought a courageous battle with Cancer after her treatment at Bennett Cancer center in Stamford.
Elsie was born in Port Chester, NY, raised in Larchmont, NY and was a graduate of the College of New Rochelle. She is survived by her husband Larry Willinger, daughter-in-law Patty Mennillo; two granddaughters Theresa and Samatha Mennillo; her sister Karen Fischer-Klein; and niece Lindsay Klein.
In addition, Elsie is survived by her three stepsons, Jeffrey, Gregg and Jason Willinger, and their children, Max, Jacob, Sam, Sarah, Abby, and Caroline.
Elsie was predeceased by her three sons, Gregg, Glenn and Christopher Mennillo, and her parents Charles and Sarah Fischer.
