Feroze Aslam, 43, of Stamford passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, October 1, 2012 at Stamford Hospital. He was born on February 9, 1969 in Karachi, Pakistan to Abdul and Sarah Andrades Aslam.
During the past eight years Feroze owned and managed Three Cheers Liquor Store on Hope Street, where his loyal patrons call him, “The Big Guy”. Prior to that, Feroze was employed by Pitney Bowes in Stamford and Danbury.
Besides his parents, Feroze is survived by his loving wife Patricia Marena Aslam of fourteen years and his beautiful and loving daughters Sarah Michelle and Lauren Sophia Aslam all of Stamford, his loving sister Zenia Dannenhoffer and her husband John of Long Island and their children Jacob and Kyle.
A funeral procession will be leaving The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 4, 2012 for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Interment will be private. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ferozes’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Building, Memphis, TN 38105
