Frank Daniele

Frank Daniele, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 23, 2009 with his family by his side. Born April 17, 1946 in Arena, Catanzaro, Italy, he was the son of the late Fortunato and Maria Inzitari Daniele.
Frank was a long time employee with Fred Durante, Jr. Construction Co. Prior to that, he was employed with Chimblo Development & Construction. He was a member of the Laborer’s International Union of North America, local union #146. Frank was an avid gardener and loved the outdoors. He also enjoyed long drives, especially when the destination was either a fruit farm or a bakery, and was passionate about his wife’s homemade pasta. He was a perfectionist in everything he did.
He is survived by his wife, Ninetta Cava Daniele of Stamford; two sons, Frank D. Daniele and his wife Melissa of Trumbull; and their children: James M. and Francesca N. Daniele; and Robertino R. Daniele and his wife Elizabeth of Stamford; and their son, Alexander S. Daniele; and two daughters: Elena E. Daniele and Maria T. Daniele of Stamford. Two brothers, Ralph Daniele and his wife Maria; and Mike Daniele and his wife Donna; a sister, Lina Casole and her husband Marino, all of Stamford; and many niece and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Marianna Capomolla; and a brother-in-law, Antonio.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Thursday, March 26 from 4:00 �" 8:00 PM. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home at 10:10 AM on Friday, March 27 and proceed to Church of St. Cecilia, Newfield Avenue, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John RC Cemetery in Darien.
