Frank H. Pacelli

Frank H. Pacelli, a lifelong resident of Stamford, died at the Smith House Nursing Home on Sunday, January 14, 2007. He was 78 years old. He was the son of the late Michael and Helen Mishley Pacelli.
He retired from the City of Stamford Parks Department after 28 years. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served in the Korean War.
He is survived by one brother, Gerald (Jerry) of Darien; and three sisters, Helen McDonald of Stamford; Evelyn McCormack of Woodbury; and Barbara Black of Darien. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews also survive.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by four brothers, Michael, John, Edward, and Paul; and one sister, Elizabeth Granelli of Stamford.
There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Marys RC Church, 566 Elm Street in Stamford on Friday, January 26, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations are made to a charity of ones choice. www.cognetta.com
