Giuseppe grew up in Girifalco, Cantanzaro, learning to become a Master Mason. In order to support his family, he practiced his trade in Switzerland as well as Italy. He immigrated to the United States in 1970 to provide even more opportunity for his family and to continue to practice his trade. In addition to his professional skills, Giuseppe brought with him the love of Italian traditions such as gardening and making everything homemade such as wine, pasta, sauce and sausage. These passions will always be fondly remembered and passed on to generations to come.
In addition to his love for family and dedication to his craft, everyone knew Giuseppe for his outgoing nature, ability to tell a great story, love of food (his favorite dish Zuppa di Pesce). He will be fondly missed by us all.
