Henry S. Borgulak, 75, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2006 at Richard Rosenthal Hospice in Stamford. He was born on August 15, 1931 in Stamford.
He was a retired employee of Clairol in Stamford. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served in the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
He is survived by three cousins, Theodore M., Michael and Louise Sierpina, all of Stamford. He was predeceased by his mother, Gladys Sierpina Borgulak; and his sister, Eleanor Borgulak.
A service will be held at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Monday, November 20, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Carlos Rodrigues officiating. Interment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery in Darien. Friends may call at the funeral home before the service on Monday from 10:00 11:00 AM. www.cognetta.com
