Henry Puleo

Henry Christopher Puleo, 90, formerly of Stamford and Fairfield, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 30, 2014 at the Carolton Chronic and Convalescent Hospital. Henry was born in New York City on April 20, 1924 to the late Umberto and Margaret Robinson Puleo.
Henry was a machinist with Consolidated Diesel and a veteran of the Unites States Navy during World War II.
Henry is survived by his children, Linda Bankson, Gail Nagy, Kurt, Christopher and Daniel Puleo, as well as his ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Besides his parents, Henry was predeceased by his wives Louise Rasile Puleo and Nancy Colwell Puleo.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Saturday, June 7,2014 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with a prayer service following at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Richards Avenue, Norwalk.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Henry’s name to the Carolton Chronic and Convalescent Hospital, Inc., 400 Mill Plain Road, Fairfield, CT 06824.
