Hoang Minh Pham

Hoang Minh Pham, a dedicated veteran, beloved husband, and cherished grandfather, passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026 at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut, just two days shy of his 75th birthday.

Born in Vietnam on April 25, 1951, Hoang’s early life was defined by his courage and service. After fighting bravely for his country, he sought a new chapter in the United States, where he built a legacy of hard work and devotion to his family.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Mai Nguyen; his son, Tony, and daughter-in-law Kaylie, along with their children Allison, Avery, and Adelyn; his daughter, Amy, and her children Ford and Mabel; and his son, Brian, and daughter-in-law Evelyn.

Hoang will be remembered for his resilience, his quiet strength, and the deep love he held for his grandchildren. His journey from the battlefields of Vietnam to the heart of his family in America remains an inspiration to all who knew him.

Family and friends may visit the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT on Thursday, April 30, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral mass to celebrate his life will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, May 1, 2026, at St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church, 23 Half Mile Rd, Norwalk, CT 06851. Interment will be private.
