Ilde Iannotta

Ilde “Hilda” Iannotta,82, a resident of Stamford passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2013 at Stamford Hospital. She was born in San Vincenzo, La Costa Italy to the late Giuseppe and Adelina Chiappetta Napolitano.
Ilde is survived by her loving children Ester Iannotta of Stamford, Emily Iannotta of Norwalk, Gino Iannotta of Stamford, a brother Pasquale Napolitano,three sisters Olga Napolitano-Jiancinto, Emelia Napolitano-Iannotta, Maria Napolitano-Vulcano all of Italy, a sister- in- law Ida Aurello and a brother- in law Benny Iannotta both of Stamford, a granddaughter Noelle Corelli and her husband John of Stamford. Also many nieces and nephews surviving.
Besides her parents, Ilde was predeceased by her husband Rudolfo Iannotta in 1986, two brothers Luigi and Mario Napolitano, two sister-in-laws Elena Napolitano, Gail Iannotta and a brother-in-law Ugo Aurello.
Family and friends may call at The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Saturday, January 4, 2013 from 8:00-10:00 AM. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral on Saturday morning at 10:30 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Benedict’s RC Church, 1 St. Benedict Circle, Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien.
