Inez Martinelli, 79, of Stamford, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Wednesday August 10, 2016. Inez was born on March 27, 1937 in Harrisburg, PA to the late Walter and Viola Herbert Fowler.
Inez worked for twenty-eight years at Pitney Bowes, then for fourteen years at Stamford Family Practice before her retirement.
She is survived by her devoted husband Anthony J. Martinelli, her loving daughter Terry Carlo and her husband Tony and her grandson Tyler, who was the love of her life.
A prayer service will be held at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Saturday August 13, 2016 at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery, Rock Rimmon Road, Stamford. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday August 12, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00PM.
