James Joel Jackson

James Joel Jackson, 27, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Stamford, he was the son of James B. and Ann Sassen Jackson.
James was an electrician with Vara Home Improvement.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kristi H. Jackson of Stamford; a daughter, Serenity A. Jackson of Arizona; two sisters, Melissa Ann and Ashley Lynn Jackson, both of Stamford; a nephew, Skyler M. Jackson of Stamford; his paternal grandfather, James Jackson of Mississippi; and paternal grandmother, Camilla Jackson of Stamford; and his maternal grandparents, Herman and Juanita Hardwick Sassen of North Carolina.
Friends and relatives may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Sunday, November 12, 2006 from 2:00 4:00 PM. A service will be held at Landmark Baptist Church, 66 Crescent Street, Stamford, on Monday, November 13, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Vince Massa officiating. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park, Oaklawn Avenue, Stamford.
