Jennifer M. Piacenza Tomasello

Jennifer M. Piacenza Tomasello, 36, of Darien, originally of Stamford, passed away on Wednesday, September 03, 2008 at Yale-New Haven Medical Center. Born in Stamford on October 15, 1971, she is the daughter of Michael and Karen Giancola Piacenza.
Jennifer was a Speech Language Pathologist working previously for the Stamford Public School System and most recently the Darien Public School System. She was a graduate of Westhill High School. She then graduated from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, and she completed her education with her Masters Degree at Southern Connecticut State University.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 12 years, Andy Tomasello; her three sons, Andrew, Alex and James Tomasello; her older brother, Michael Piacenza and her younger sister, Sara Faugno.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Friday, September 5 from 4-8 PM.
Friends are asked to meet directly at St. Marys RC Church, 566 Elm Street, on Saturday, September 6, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, Darien.
