Joseph Frank Pellicano

Joseph Frank Pellicano, 82, died on Saturday August 19, 2006 at his Stamford home. Born April 7, 1924 in Greenwich, CT, he was the son of the late Pasquale and Lucia Ambrogio Pellicano.
He was a retired wallpaper sample bookmaker for the Stamford Wallpaper Company. He was also a US Navy Veteran having served in WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Puppo Pellicano of Stamford; three daughters, Aurora M. Kilai of Brookfield; Linda M. Tillman of Trumbull; and Cindy L. Rocks of Stratford; two sons, Patrick J. Pellicano of Norwalk; and Joseph N. Pellicano of Milford; a sister, Angie Marzullo of Greenwich; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, at 9:20 AM on Wednesday August 23, 2006 and proceed to St. Maurice RC Church, 358 Glenbrook Road, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM. Entombment will follow at St. Johns Cemetery Mausoleum, Darien. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday August 22, 2006 from 4 8 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to Visiting Nurse Hospice Care, 1029 East Main Street, Stamford, CT 06902.
