Katherine Fahey, 42, of Stamford passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 24 2023. She was born in Stamford on October 2, 1981 to John and Catherine Hughes Fahey.
Besides her devoted parents, Katherine is also survived by her loving son, Jonathan T. Pavlowski and her loving daughter, Katrina. Also surviving are her siblings, Fiona Slater, Caroline Fahey and John J. Fahey, Jr.
Katherine was predeceased by her partner, Brian Pavlowski.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Bridget’s of Ireland RC Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, the Fahey family requests that donations be made in Katherine’s memory to the American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852
