Kathleen C. Amuso, 59, a lifelong resident of Stamford passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was born in Stamford on November 23, 1957 to the late Anthony P. Amuso and Beatrice C. Romaniello.
Kathleen was employed as an Inventory Analyst at Diageo North America for thirty eight years and was also a nine year breast cancer survivor. Kathleen loved cooking meatballs and gravy for her family. She enjoyed red wine and loved to read murder mysteries on the beach.
She is survived by her loving children, Lindsay A. Kresmery, Erin K. Kresmery and Dylan Steinberg and Anthony W. Kresmery all of Stamford. Also surviving is a sister Annmarie C. Amuso and two nieces, Alexandra A. Aloupis, Jacqueline M. Aloupis all of Stamford, as well as the family puppy Jagger. She is also survived by all of her loving friends and coworkers of Diageo.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
