Lillian Spillane

Lillian Spillane, 99, of Stamford passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 11, 2013, just four days short of her 100th birthday. She was the fifth of seven children born on August 15, 1913 in Bailey Borough, County Cavin, Ireland to the late James and Mary McCabe Trainor.
Lillian is survived by her son Donald Spillane and his wife, six grandchildren and their spouses, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents and six brothers and sisters, Lillian was predeceased by her husband Jeremiah and her son Jerry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 17, 2013 9:30 AM at Our Lady Star of the Sea RC Church, 1200 Shippan Avenue, Stamford. Interment will be private. There will be no calling hours.
