Lorraine (Lorrie) Curtis Ciccarelli, 96 of Stamford, Connecticut passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday June 3, 2026 at Stamford Hospital.

She was born in Port Chester NY on January 29, 1930 to the Late Joseph and Stella (Chesney) Curtis. Her early life was molded by the end of the Depression with a father involved in the construction industry.

Lorrie was married to her high school sweetheart Lawrence A. Ciccarelli Sr. for 70 years and was predeceased by him in 2021.

A strong supportive Mom Lorrie reinvented herself and went back into the workforce later in life to much success.

Lorries’ cooking was legendary.

She was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great grandma and treasured friend whose life was defined by family, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those she loved.

Lorrie created a home filled with love, laughter, and enduring values. Together they raised their children, Lawrence A. Ciccarelli Jr. and Donna C. Conte, instilling in them the importance of service, integrity, and compassion.

Lorrie took great pride in her family and found her greatest joy in the accomplishments and happiness of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit made her the heart of every family gathering and a source of comfort to all who knew her.

She will be remembered for her generosity, strength, and unwavering devotion to family. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched and the values she passed on to future generations.

She is survived by her child Lawrence A. Ciccarelli Jr of Shelton, Ct and Donna C. and husband Pasquale Conte of Stamford, Ct. As well as grandchildren Lawrence A. Ciccarelli 3rd and his wife Marli, Kaitlin Ciccarelli, Jillian Wrigley, Madison Wrigley, and Jack Wrigley. Great grandchild Emma Ciccarelli and Lawrence A. Ciccarelli IV.

She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Martha A. Ciccarelli and sisters Joan Kovachi, Estelle Tocchet and brother Joseph Curtis.

Friends and family may call at the Nicholas Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Thursday June 11, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday June 12, 2026 at 11:30 AM at St Cecilia Church 1184 Newfield Ave, Stamford. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery 124 Rock Rimmon Rd Stamford.
