Louis H. Black, Jr., 65, died Saturday, December 9, 2006. He was born in Stamford on June 16, 1941, the son of the late Kathryn Watson and Louis H. Black, Sr.
Mr. Black served in the U.S. Navy. He was employed by the City of Stamford in the vehicle maintenance department.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Darien; one son, Gregory of Westport; two grandsons, Mark and Stephen and one granddaughter, Krystal.
Besides his parents, he is pre-deceased by his son, Edward; and his brother, John.
There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at St. Marys RC Church, 566 Elm Street, Stamford.
