Margaret P. Robotti, 78, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at Port St. Lucie Medical Center, in Florida. Born March 7, 1930 in Stamford, CT she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Burke Powell.
Margaret was an Executive Secretary at the Ex-Ex Industries of Norwalk for several years.
She is survived by her husband, William Robotti of Port St. Lucie, FL; and her daughter, Laurie Lemay of Brookfield, CT; also her son, Mark Lemay of Port St. Lucie, FL. She is also survived by five step children: Barbara Robotti of Port St. Lucie, FL; Beverly Mahan of High Point, NC; Susan Robotti of Arlington, VA; Cheryl Canzoneri of Stamford; and John Robotti of Stratford; her brother, Thomas Powell of Trumbull, CT; and her sister, Alice Maloney of Shamung, NJ and ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Friday, March 6, from 4:00 8:00 PM.
