Marie Emilie Paul Alexandre, formerly of Stamford, died July 29, 2007 in Orlando, FL. She was 96. Born July 29, 1911 in Fonds Verrette, Haiti, she was the daughter of the late Telusma and Charletina Vertil Paul.
She is survived by two sons, Dr. Abel Alexandre of Westchester, NY; and Jean Necker Alexandre of Stamford; four daughters, Ann Marie Alexandre of Brooklyn, NY; Julienne L. Alexandre of Orlando, FL; Marie Aldana Alexandre Vital of Orlando, FL; and Marie Emilienne Casseus of Stamford; a brother, Orel Paul of Haiti; and a sister, Louise Paul also of Haiti. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren also survive.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Jean M. Alexandre.

A funeral service will be held at the French Speaking Baptist Church of Stamford, 28 Adams Avenue, Stamford on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at 9:00 AM.
