Marion Ferrero

Marion M. Ferrero, 88, of Stamford passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday, August 28, 2015. She was born on June 10, 1927 in Greenwich to the late James and Gertrude Martley.
Marion was employed at Life Study Fellowship of Darien for thirty five years before retiring in 2014.
She is survived by her loving children, Eileen A. Ferrero of Stamford, Daniel J. Ferrero of Lithia, Fl and Joseph L. Ferrero and his wife Jean of Stamford, her twin sister, Marjorie LoBuglio and her husband Vincent of Stamford, her sister- in- law, Marianna Amato of Ridgefield, as well as four grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica, Ryan and Alex Ferrero. Also nine nieces and two nephews survive.
Besides her parents, Marion was predeceased by her husband of fifty nine years Louis J. Ferrero in 2008.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at St. Mary’s RC Church, 566 Elm Street, Stamford at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien. There will be no calling hours. The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to assist the Ferrero family with the arrangements.
