Martin Bosshard

Beloved husband, father and friend, Martin Urs Bosshard, 55, died unexpectedly of a heart attack on Saturday, March 28, 2009. Born on June 16, 1953 in Switzerland, he is the son of Agnes Lenz Bosshard.
Martin was an Investment Banker.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Michĕle Feller Bosshard; two children, Samantha and Alexandre Bosshard of New Canaan, who thought of him as a “Loving Dad, he had an adventurous, young spirit, he was selfless, he was truly the best father we could have asked for”; two sisters, Christine Bosshard Risch; and Ursula Bosshard; a brother, Guido Bosshard all of Switzerland; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Saturday, April 4 from 1:00 �" 3:00 PM. A service will then follow at 3:00 PM with Rev. Patricia Long-Dabbah officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are sent to the Bosshard Children’s College Fund, c/o Daniel A. Benjamin, Trustee, 350 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT 06901.
