Mary Jaworski Bedosky, 93, of Stamford, was called home to the Lord on October 10, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Sophia Sagan Jaworski. She was a devout Catholic and was a member of St. Leo Parish.
She was born in Brooklyn, New York, and was raised in Plymouth, Pennsylvania, where she began her own family. She then moved to Stamford and continued to raise her family in the Stamford/Norwalk area for the remainder of her life.
Mary worked as an assembler and inspector of wire harnesses and circuit boards at numerous companies in the area, including Stelma, Data Products and retired from TBar of Wilton. She loved her time spent with her family in retirement, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the essence of love and caring to them all.
Mary is survived by her two sons, Lawrence Bedosky & his wife Donata of Middletown, NY and Jack Bedosky & his wife Rosemary of Stamford; her five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sisters, Angela Samela of Pawley’s Island, SC and Genevieve LaRusso of Stamford; and her sisters-in-law, Theresa Jaworski of Farmington, CT and Matilda Jaworski of Stamford.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, John Bedosky; a daughter, Rosemary Maresco; a sister, Ann Jaworski Freeman; and six brothers, Frank, Joseph, Bernard, Michael, Stanley and Anthony Jaworski.

A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home on Tuesday, October 13 at 10:20 AM and proceed to St. Leo’s Parish, 24 Roxbury Road, Stamford, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
