Mary A. Bella

Mary A. Bella, 87, passed away on Monday June 19, 2006 at her home in Stamford. Born August 25, 1918 in Westport, CT, she was the daughter of the late John and Anastasia Guider Wygodney.
She was a former and long time member of the Greenwich Stamford Womans Bowling Association.
She is survived by her son, Edward J. Bella and his wife Rosemary of Stamford; a daughter, Mary Ann and her husband Roger A. Quick of Stamford; and one brother, Stephen Mygodney of Fairfield. She is also survived by, six grandchildren, JoAnn, Edward, Kevin, Kimberly, Jonathan and Sean; eleven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Edward E. Bella; two brothers and two sisters.
A funeral service will be held at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, at 11:00 AM on Thursday June 22, 2006. Interment will follow at Fairfield Memorial Park, Stamford. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday June 22, 2006 from 10:00 11:00 AM preceding funeral service.
