Mary A. Mazzacapa

Mary A. Mazzacapa, 87, passed away on May 17, 2007 at her home in Bridgeport. Born March 8, 1920 in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Jacqueline Cesareo Cipri.
Mary was a retired employee of Machlett Labs having worked there from 1957-1982.
She is survived by her two daughters, Josephine S. Hughes of East Haven; and Linda M. Peterson and her husband, David, of Bridgeport; a son, Angelo Mazzacapa and his wife, Fran, of Las Vegas, NV; a brother, Anthony Cipri and his wife, Rose, of Stamford; seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Angelo S. Mazzacapa; a sister, Janet Cipri DeSette; and a brother, Nicholas Cipri.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Thursday, May 24, 2007 from 4:00 8:00 PM. A funeral procession will be leaving the funeral home at 10:20 AM on Friday, May 25, 2007 and proceed to Sacred Heart RC Church, Schuyler Avenue, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM.
