Mary Sette

Mary Covino Sette, 92, of Port St. Lucie, FL and a former resident of Stamford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. She was born in Italy on June 11, 1921 to the late Arthur and Rosaria Covino.
Mary is survived by her loving children, Michael Sette and his wife Eileen of Milford,CT, Catherine Zielinski and her husband Thomas of Port St. Lucie, FL, Roseann Saller and her husband Jeffrey of Milford, CT and six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband Domenick A. Sette in 2001.
A private graveside service will be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien .Officiating will be Pastor James Loomer. There will be no calling hours. The Nicholas F, Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to assist the Sette family with the arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the famiy requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 825 Brook Street, I-91 Tech Ctr, Rocky Hill, CT 06067
