Nancy Eldredge
November 16, 1943 — July 17, 2009
Nancy H. Eldredge, age 65, a long time resident of Darien, died on Friday, July 17, 2009 of a sudden illness at Stamford Hospital. Born on November 16, 1943, she was the daughter of the late William and Evelyn Miller Neale.
Mrs. Eldredge was a former employee of Life Study Fellowship and Peoples Bank and was a current member of the Darien Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, Robert L. Eldredge; and her three children, Tracey Reilly and her husband Sean; David Eldredge and his wife Amy; and James Eldredge and his wife Jennifer. She is also survived by four grandchildren: Jennifer Reilly, Zoe and Ava Eldredge, and Brady Eldredge.
Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, on Wednesday, July 22 from 4:00 �" 8:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John’s RC Church in Darien on Thursday, July 23 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations are made to the American Cancer Society, 372 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT 06897.
