Olivia Menapace

Olivia F. Menapace, 86, of Wilton passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Greens of Cannondale in Wilton. She was born in Hazleton, PA on October 12, 1931 to the late Fred and Ann Zadra Fellin.
Olivia was the owner of Cottage Bakery in Stamford for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by her loving children, Fred Menapace and his wife Lynn of Redding and John Menapace and his wife Roberta of Toronto, as well as her brother, Jack Fellin of Hazleton, PA and four grandchildren, Samantha, Kimberly, William and James. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Olivia was predeceased by her husband, William R. Menapace and two brothers, Larry and Fred Fellin.
A Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. Bridget’s of Ireland RC Church, 278 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford. Interment will follow at Putnam Cemetery, Greenwich. Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, on Sunday, March 11, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 PM.
