Patricia Falzetti, 79, of Stamford, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2013 at Norwalk Hospital with her loving family by her side. Patricia was born in Stamford on March 10, 1934 to the late Michael and Patricia St. Charles Tangi Sr.
Patricia is survived by her daughter; Dawn Marion Smith of Brooklyn, NY; her sister Palma Carlucci of Rye Brook, NY, two grandchildren; Anthony and Michael Smith and one great-granddaughter; Daniella Smith, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Patricia is predeceased by her loving husband Chester Falzetti and her brother Michael Tangi Jr.
A funeral procession will leave the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT at 10:00AM on Tuesday September 10, 2013 and proceed to Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30AM. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s RC Cemetery Mausoleum in Greenwich. Family and friends may call at the funeral home TODAY, Monday September 9, 2013 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM.
