Paul Cadin
December 10, 1947 — April 7, 2018
Paul M. Cadin, 70, of Newtown and formerly of Stamford, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Danbury Hospital. He was born in Stamford on December 10, 1947 to the late Robert and Margaret Borea Cadin.
Paul was a former Firefighter with the City of Stamford at Turn of River Fire Dept and Ambulance. Paul was the proud owner of P.M.C. Trucking of Stamford, CT. He loved snowy winters spent on his snow mobile in New Hampshire. Paul could always be found out in the garage working on one of his many projects. Paul’s pride and joy has always been his family. He hoped to one day be able to take his grandchildren to Kent Falls to share his love of one of his favorite places.
Paul is survived by his devoted wife, Ann Farina Cadin and his loving children, Janet Inzitari, J.J Inzitari and his fiancée Jessica and Anthony Inzitari and his fiancée Katie and also his cherished grandchildren, Hailey and Vincenzo Inzitari, as well as his brothers in law, Gene Farina and his wife Terry, Michael Farina and his wife Lizza. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Besides, his parents, Paul was predeceased by his stepfather, Frank Gerace and his uncle Michael Borea.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 with a prayer service to be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien.
