Paul S. Tirpack, Jr., 55, passed away on January 12, 2007. Born April 22, 1951 in Stamford, he was the son of the late Paul S. Sr. and Margaret Baynock Tirpack.
Paul was a retired Master Craftsman Tool and Die Maker at Pitney Bowes, after being employed for thirty four years. He was an avid sportsman hunter and fisherman. He was also a member of the American Rifle Association and the Cove Island Boat Club. His love was Long Island Sound-where he would fish, clam, and enjoy his boat. He also enjoyed the outdoors and hunting from his tree stand. He would often admire the animals and birds that passed below.
He is survived by wife, Pat; son, PJ; sister, Sandie DeLeo all of Stamford and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Marys RC Church, 566 Elm Street, Stamford on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Queen of Peace Cemetery. Friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 from 6:00 8:00 PM.
