Peggy Foster, 68, of Stamford, passed away on Monday, November 8, 2010 at home. Born on July 24, 1942 in Norfolk, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Rufe and Daisy Welch Tucker.
Peggy was an Insurance Agent for Prudential Insurance for many years before her retirement.
She is survived by three sons; A. Todd Foster of Stamford, Shawn L. Foster of Norwalk and Brian D. Foster of Stamford.
