Rachel Pavlowski

Rachel M. Pavlowski, 88, a former resident of Stamford and New Canaan passed away peacefully at Mease Countryside Hospital in Dunedin, FL on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. She was born in Long Island, NY on February 14, 1927 to the late Joseph and Antoinette Socci.
Rachel was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be deeply missed by her family.
Rachel is survived by her loving children, Frank Pavlowski and his wife Judy of Norwalk, Linda Pavlowski of Norwalk and Rachell (Shelly)Pavlowski of Dunedin, FL. Also surviving are four sisters, Tessie, Marie, Anna and Joanie, two brothers Jimmy and Philip Socci of New Canaan, nineteen grandchildren, six great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Rachel was predeceased by her husband John F. Pavlowski, Sr.,a son John F. Paclowski, Jr. and a daughter Veronica Skelly, a sister Josephine Monroe and a brother Peter Socci.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Monday, April 27, 2015 from 9:00-10:00 AM with a prayer service at 10:15 AM. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien.
