Ralph Costanzo

Ralph E. Costanzo, 88, a lifelong resident of Stamford passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 5, 2015. He was born on September 1, 1927 in Stamford to the late Ralph E. Costanzo, MD and Stella Petrelli Costanzo.
Ralph worked in the oil industry for fifty years and had been employed as President of Flemming Rutledge Oil Corp.He was an avid boater, being a lifetime member of the Halloween Yacht Club in Stamford and also enjoyed traveling in his RV.
He is survived by his loving children, Corey Woodcock and her husband Chuck of PA, Ralph E Costanzo III and his wife Vicky of Bethel, CT, Paul D. Costanzo of FL and a brother Donn J. Costanzo of SC, as well as his two grandchildren Katie V. and Becca S. Costanzo.
Besides his parents, Ralph was predeceased by his wife Bernice Mortenson Costanzo.
A funeral service will be celebrated at the Noroton Presbyterian Church, 2011 Post Road, Darien on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 AM. There will be no calling hours and Interment will be private. The Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory is honored to assist the Costanzo family with the arrangements.
