Ralph Slocum

Ralph Fletcher Slocum, 57, passed away peacefully at the Stamford Hospital with his family by his side on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. Ralph was born on April 4, 1960 in Norwalk, CT.
Ralph is survived by his mother Lois Fraser Slocum of Stamford, his brother Lee Slocum of Scranton, PA., and his four sisters Nancy Franko (Frank), Cathy Vitti (Aldo), Cindy Slocum Apablaza, and Michelle Arvan (Steve), all of Stamford. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Ralph is predeceased by his father Charles Fredrick Slocum.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many doctors and nurses that aided in his care. Also, a special thanks to Reverend Blaine Edele of Union Memorial Church of Stamford for his spiritual guidance during the family’s most difficult time.
Relatives and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, CT on Friday, July 14th, 2017 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00PM with Rev. Blaine Edele officiating.
